I lived here for four years and had an excellent experience. The building is always clean, and whenever I had an issue it would be resolved as soon as possible. The buildings manager is very helpful and maintenance is quick and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment building.

I have lived in the the Grand Wisconsin for over a year and a half. This is the most beautiful and well kept apartment building, and the best I have lived in. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. Full of young professionals and in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Fantastic amenities including a whirlpool, sauna, steam room- something you typically would not see. Great management and literally the only complex that would answer the phone during my search.

Management is awesome, apartments have concrete walls so you never hear your neighbors, great location downtown & the most reasonable apartment prices in the area. Lived here 2 years and am only moving because we are leaving town. Would recommend!
